Russell Filip is an associate in the Firm's Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. He focuses his practice on complex business and commercial disputes, including antitrust class action litigation, contract disputes, and disputes concerning sophisticated technology. He practices in both federal and state court and has experience in pre-trial aspects of litigation including analysis of claims and defenses, fact discovery, depositions, motion practice, and expert discovery.
