Justin represents clients in a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters, with experience spanning financial services litigation, contracts, fraud, securities litigation, and other significant business disputes. He has effectively advocated for clients across the business landscape––including fortune 500 companies, hedge funds, private equity funds, insurance companies, founders, and angel investors––in federal and state courts throughout the country, as well as before arbitral tribunals.

Justin has especially extensive experience litigating matters involving the banking industry. He has both sued and represented banks in high-stakes disputes concerning payment fraud, fiduciary duties, aiding and abetting fraud, and trustee liability.

Justin received his J.D., magna cum laude, from St. John’s University School of Law, where he served on the St. John’s Law Review. During law school, he represented low-income, elderly New York City residents in consumer debt and deed theft cases for a school legal clinic.
