Joseph J. Saladino represents clients in a broad range of complex commercial disputes involving contracts, torts, fraud, and other related claims. Joseph’s experience includes securities litigation, financial services litigation, contract disputes, business disputes, and related appellate matters. Joseph represents individuals and businesses in state and federal courts, including at the trial and appellate levels. Joseph has experience handling all aspects of litigation, including the analysis and development of claims and defenses, case strategy, effective discovery, fact development, depositions, dispositive motion practice and briefing, expert discovery, and settlement.
