Grant J. Bercari is a senior associate in the Firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Employment Law Groups. He represents clients in complex, high-stakes litigation, including business disputes, antitrust, securities, and financial services matters, as well as related appellate proceedings. His practice spans federal and state courts and emphasizes strategic case development, trial-focused discovery, and dispositive motion practice.

EDUCATION

Grant received his J.D. cum laude from St. John’s University School of Law and his B.A. from Hobart College. During law school, Grant was a judicial intern to the Honorable Michael A. Shipp, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
