Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group
Emma Sandberg is an Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. After graduating from Columbia Law School in 2025, she served as a law clerk for a state supreme court, where she managed approximately twenty-five appeals on a wide range of legal issues and drafted opinions for the Court. During law school, Emma interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York in the Securities and Commodities Fraud Task Force, the New York Attorney General’s Consumer Fraud and Protection Bureau, the Vermont Solicitor General’s Office, and a university’s office of general counsel.
EDUCATION
Emma received her J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2025, where she served as the Executive Forum Editor on the Columbia Human Rights Law Review and as a staff editor on A Jailhouse Lawyer’s Manual. She received her B.A., with honors, from the University of Michigan’s Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy in 2021, where she was an Angell Scholar (all A‑grades) for all semesters.
