Litigation and Bankruptcy

Artem Volynsky is a litigation associate whose practice is informed by consecutive clerkships in both the New Jersey Superior Court and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Artem has experience researching and drafting opinions on complex civil litigation matters, managing extensive motion practice, dozens of mediations, and assisting with trial preparation and other judicial proceedings. Before entering private practice, Artem also gained experience in financial regulation and compliance, providing him with a practical understanding of the legal and business issues facing clients.
