Alexandra C. Spina is a senior associate in the Firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Employment Law Groups. She focuses her practice on complex business and commercial disputes, including securities litigation, antitrust and class action litigation, financial services litigation, bankruptcy litigation, and business disputes. Alexandra’s practice spans state and federal courts with an emphasis on litigation strategy and case development, dispositve motion practice, and trial preparation.
EDUCATION
Alexandra received her J.D., cum laude, from New York Law School in 2017 where she was the Managing Editor of the New York Law School Law Review. She received her B.A. as a double major in Italian Language & Literature and History, magna cum laude, from The University of Pittsburgh in 2012.

- Representation of institutional investors in actions asserting securities violations, breach of contract, and tort claims arising from the purchase of residential mortgage-backed securities
- Representation of a major financial institution asserting indemnification claims against hundreds of mortgage loan sellers relating to its multi-billion dollar settlements with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and RMBS trustees
- Representation of class members against dental insurance companies in an action asserting federal antitrust violations
