Firm Represents Corrugated Packaging Magnate in Connection with Majority Stock Sale to McKinley Paper Company

The Firm represented U.S. Corrugated Holdings II, Inc., its subsidiaries, including U.S. Corrugated, Inc. (collectively, “U.S. Corrugated”), and U.S. Corrugated’s founder, Dennis Mehiel, in connection with Mr. Mehiel’s sale of a majority of the capital stock of U.S. Corrugated Holdings II, Inc. to McKinley Paper Company.

U.S. Corrugated is an independent corrugated packaging producer that operates a network of modern corrugated industrial Alpha-Box Plants in Southern California, Georgia, and Indiana. U.S. Corrugated also operates an Alpha-Box Plant in Mexicali and a full-service sheet plant in Tijuana, Mexico, near the U.S.-Mexican border. Combining U.S. Corrugated with McKinley Paper Company’s business will help to create a fully integrated paper and packaging company with a vertically aligned network of paper mills, box plants, sheet plants and a distribution network in the United States and maquiladora region in Mexico.
