- Representation of a major health care provider in litigation against a corporation and its principals for various contract and tort claims arising from the sale of a health care business to the health care provider for many millions of dollars
- Representation of a former principal of a European conglomerate in a multinational litigation involving misappropriation of more than $100 million from our client through a series of complex international financial frauds
- Representation of a company and its shareholders against the purchaser of a subsidiary of the company, a U.S. based tender offeror and its U.K. parent company, arising from a coordinated tender offer pursuant to an agreement and plan of merger that effectively prevented the purchaser from having the capability of performing its obligations to the selling company and its shareholders
- Representation of an emergent company in a multi-million dollar arbitration against a major technology provider based upon breach of contract and related tortious activity
- Representation of a Fortune 500 manufacturer in an action against a Fortune 50 company arising from breaches of a global supply agreement and related wrongdoing
- Representation of a not-for-profit skilled nursing home facility in a $17 million construction litigation against a major multinational construction manager and general contractor arising out of the construction of a 150,000 square foot, 280-bed facility
