Samantha is a litigator with experience in complex commercial disputes, including securities litigation, financial services litigation, and business disputes.
Samantha served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Nelson S. Román of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York from 2015–2016.
Samantha received her J.D., cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School in 2013 where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Law & Policy. She received her B.A. in Political Science, cum laude, from Wake Forest University in 2010.
