Jeffrey Coviello is a litigator with broad experience in a wide range of complex commercial and transactional disputes, including securities (direct, class and derivative actions), bankruptcy, reinsurance and insurance, fraud and breach of fiduciary duty, and related appellate matters. Mr. Coviello also has experience representing clients in connection with regulatory investigations and inquiries.
Among other areas, Mr. Coviello is active in our structured finance litigation practice. He is currently representing certain financial services firms in matters arising out of their investments in structured finance vehicles.
Mr. Coviello received his J.D. degree from Fordham University School of Law in 2003. He was a member of the Fordham Law Review. He received his B.A. degree in Political Science from Amherst College, cum laude, in 1999. He also played football for Amherst College.
